Amends the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act to authorize appropriations of $19,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1978 through 1980 to carry out the purposes of such Act.
Authorizes the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to enter into contracts with, or award grants to, public agencies or profit or nonprofit organizations for the evaluation of programs and projects assisted with funds provided under such Act.
