A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to provide for the mandatory imprisonment of persons convicted of certain offenses relating to stolen automobiles.

Imposes a mandatory minimum ninety-day term of imprisonment on anyone convicted of selling or receiving stolen vehicles which move in, or are a part of, interstate commerce. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 2313)
