A bill to provide for acquisition of lands in connection with the international Tijuana River flood control project.

Amends the authorization for United States participation in the International Tijuana River flood control project to decrease the amount authorized to be appropriated for construction of such project from $12,600,000 to $10,800,000.

Authorizes Federal participation with non-Federal interests for the acquisition of land for such project, contingent upon the contribution of an appropriate share of needed funds by the City of San Diego.
