A bill to amend title IV of the Social Security Act to provide that cost-of-living increases in annuity, pension, retirement, disability, or other employment-related benefits being paid to an individual under a public program, occurring after such individual's initial entitlement to such individual's income in determining his or her eligibility for supplemental security income benefits.

Amends Title XVI (Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled) of the Social Security Act to provide that cost-of-living increases in annuity, pension, retirement, disability, or other employment-related benefits being paid to an individual under a public program, occurring after such individual's initial entitlement to such benefits, shall not be included in such individual's income in determining his or her eligibility for supplemental security income benefits.
