A bill to amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 with respect to the issuance of salary a reduction regulations by the Secretary of the Treasury.

Extends from January 1, 1977, until January 1, 1979, the date for the issuance by the Secretary of the Treasury of the salary reduction regulations required under the Internal Revenue Code by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
