A bill to make certain changes in the provisions authorizing the reservation of rights by residents of the Big Thicket National Preserve in the State of Texas.

Limits the reservation of a right of use and occupancy by owners of improved property whose land is acquired by the United States after the enactment of this Act as part of the Big Thicket National Preserve, Texas, to those individuals who used the property as a year-round place of abode during the year preceding its acquisition by the United States.
