A bill to amend the District of Columbia Police and Firemen's Salary Act of 1958 to provide for an initial increase in the rates of compensation of officers and members of the U.S. Park Police force and for the future adjustment of such rates in accordance with the Federal pay comparability system, to establish a U.S. Park Police Retirement and Relief Board, and to require submittal of a proposed codification of laws relating primarily to the U.S. Park Police.

Amends the District of Columbia Police and Firemen's Salary Act to establish a separate salary schedule for the officers and members of the United States Park Police. Stipulates that the compensation of such personnel shall be adjusted in accordance with Federal civil service pay comparability provisions.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to establish a United States Park Police Retirement and Relief Board to carry out the responsibilities of the Mayor of the District of Columbia with respect to retirement and disability determinations regarding Park Police.
