A bill to amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to impose certain notification and other requirements with respect to tender offers.

Requires persons making tender offers with respect to securities subject to registration under the Securities Exchange Act to file such information with the Securities and Exchange Commission as it may require comparable to that required in an application to register a security.
