A bill to amend title XX of the Social Security Act to provide that the existing dollar limitation on the amount of Federal funds available for social services thereunder shall be increased from time to time to reflect rises in the cost of living.

Requires increases in the amount of the fund from which payments are made to the States under Title XX (Grants to States for Services) of the Social Security Act whenever benefit amounts under Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of such Act are increased because of increases in the cost-of-living.
