A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide supplemental pension payments to certain veterans of World War I who have attained age 78.

Provides supplemental pension benefits of $60 per month to any veteran of World War I who attains the age of 78 and does not qualify for the aid and attendance allowance.
