A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide supplemental pension payments to a surviving spouse of a World War I veteran if such spouse attains age 75 and does not qualify for the aid and attendance allowance.

Provides that if a surviving spouse of a veteran of World War I attains age 75 and does not qualify for the aid and attendance allowance, the monthly pension payable to such spouse shall be increased by $40. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 541)
