A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide for the payment of full wife's, husband's, widow's, and widower's insurance benefits without regard to age in cases of disability, and for related purposes.

Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide for the payment of full wife's, husband's, widow's, and widower's insurance benefits without regard to age in cases of disability.

Entitles individuals who qualify for such benefits by reason of disability to hospital insurance benefits under Title XVIII (Medicare) of such Act.
