A bill to amend the Administrative Conference Act.

Authorizes to be appropriated for fiscal year 1978, and for each fiscal year thereafter, such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of the Administrative Conference Act (presently such authorization is limited to $950,000 for each such fiscal year).
