A bill to amend chapter 3 of title 37, United States Code, to adjust the pay of cadets and midshipmen at the U.S. Military Naval Air Force and Coast Guard Academies, to equalize the pay of members of, and applicants for, the Senior Reserve Officers' Training Corps while attending field training or practices cruises.

Adjusts the pay of cadets at the United States Military Academy, the United States Air Force Academy, and midshipmen at the United States Naval Academy. Grants the same pay to members of, or applicants for, the Senior Reserve Officers' Training Corps while attending field training or practice cruises.
