A bill to amend section 409 of title 37, United States Code, to eliminate restrictions for transporting a house trailer or mobile dwelling by a member of the uniformed services.

Eliminates various restrictions relating to travel and transportation allowances for members of the uniformed services for transporting a house trailer or mobile dwelling. States that such a member who is transferred into or out of the United States is eligible for such allowances for transportation within the continental United States or Alaska. (Amends 37 U.S.C. 409)
