A bill for the establishment of the Commission on Organization of the executive branch of the Government.

Establishes the Commission on Organization of the Executive Branch of the Government, a 12 member bipartisan body. Directs the Commission to study the present organization and methods of operation of all agencies of the Executive branch to determine what changes are necessary to improve the efficiency and to eliminate unnecessary functions of such agencies. Requires the Commission to report its findings to Congress within ten days after the Ninety-sixth Congress is convened and abolishes the Commission 90 days after such report is submitted.

Authorizes such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
