A bill to provide that special unemployment assistance benefits will not be paid to employees of educational institutions during periods between academic years or terms.

Provides, under the Emergency Jobs and Unemployment Assistance Act of 1974, that an individual who performs services for an educational institution or agency shall not be eligible to receive Federal unemployment assistance benefits during periods between academic years or terms.
