A bill to amend the Tariff Act of 1930 so as to exempt private vessels and aircraft entering or or departing from the United States at night or on Sunday or a holiday from provisions requiring payment to the United States for overtime services of customs officers and employees.

Amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to exempt private vessels and aircraft entering or departing the United States at night or on Sunday or a holiday from required payment to the United States for overtime services of customs officers and employees.

Prohibits imposition of any such charge upon the owner, operator, or agent of such private aircraft or vessel for the services of officers and employees of the: (1) Immigration and Naturalization Service; (2) the Public Health Service; or (3) the Department of Agriculture.
