A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to provide criminal penalties for unauthorized disclosure of classified information.

Prescribes penalties for the unauthorized disclosure of classified information. Enumerates defenses available to an individual charged with such offense, including: (1) prior official disclosure; (2) unlawful classification and the exhaustion of available declassification procedures; and (3) the absence of a process for reviewing the continuing necessity for the classification.
