A bill to provide for additional income for the U.S. Soldiers' and Airmen's Home by requiring the Board of Commissioners of the Home to collect a fee from the members of the Home; by appropriating nonjudicial forfeitures for support of the Home; and by increasing the deductions from pay of enlisted men and warrant officers.
Directs the Board of Commissioners of the United States Soldier's and Airmen's Home to collect from the members of the home a fee which may be used solely for the operation of the home.
Requires that an amount, not to exceed 50 cents, be deducted each month from the pay of each enlisted man and warrant officer in the Regular Army and Regular Air Force and deposited to the credit of the United States Soldiers' and Airmens' Home Fund in the Treasury of United States.
Repeals the Act entitled "An Act to provide further for the maintenance of the United States Soldiers' Home".
Directs the Comptroller General of the United States to conduct a study of the operations of the United States Soldiers' and Airmens' Home.
