A bill to amend chapter 3 of title 37, United States Code, to provide a subsistence allowance for members of the Armed Forces enrolled in certain officer candidate programs.

Provides a subsistence allowance for members of the Armed Forces when enrolled in an officer candidate program which requires a baccalaureate degree as a prerequisite to being commissioned as a regular or reserve officer. States that the period of time enrolled in such program shall not be used in computing a commissioned officer's basic pay.
