A bill to provide for annual adjustments in monthly monetary benefits administered by the Veterans' Administration, according to changes in the Consumer Price Index.

Directs the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to annually increase or decrease rates of specified veterans' benefits in an amount equal to the percentage by which the Consumer Price Index (all items, United States city average) increased or decreased since the last change in such rates.
