A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow individuals a deduction for commuting expenses.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow an individual to take a tax deduction for the amount of the ordinary and necessary expenses paid or incurred by the individual during the taxable year for transportation between the individual's residence and his principal place of employment.
