A bill to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to permit adoption of more than two children.

Deletes the provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act which limit to two the number of petitions for preference status which may be granted to a petitoner on behalf of alien orphans immigrating to the United States for adoption.
