A bill to amend the Uniform Time Act of 1966 to change the period of observance of daylight saving time.
Daylight Savings Time Act - Provides, under the Uniform Time Act of 1966, that daylight savings time shall be observed annually from the first Sunday of April and ending with the last Sunday of September.
Allows any State by law to exempt such State or a part of such State from the provisions of this Act.
Requires the Federal Communications Commission to make adjustments with respect to hours of operation of daytime standard amplitude modulation broadcast stations.
