A bill to amend the Uniform Time Act of 1966 to change the period of observance of daylight savings time.
Daylight Savings Time Act - Provides, under the Uniform Time Act of 1966, that daylight savings time shall be observed annually from the third Sunday of March and ending with the third Sunday of October.
Allows any State by law to exempt such State or a part of such State from the provisions of this Act.
Requires the Federal Communications Commission to make adjustments with respect to hours of operations of day time standard amplitude modulation broadcast stations.
