A bill to extend and increase the authorization for making loans to the unemployment fund of the Virgin Islands.

Extends for one year (until September 30, 1977) the period for making loans to the unemployment fund of the Virgin Islands. Increases the funds to be authorized by $10,000,000.

Makes available funds for advances to the Unemployment Trust Fund.
