A bill to amend the title II of the Social Security Act to provide that child's insurance benefits shall not be payable to an insured individual's stepchild, after such child's natural parent and the insured individual are divorced, for any period during which such child is receiving support from another source.

Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to prohibit the payment of child's insurance benefits to an insured individual's stepchild, after such child's natural parent and the insured individual are divorced, for any period during which such child is receiving support from any source other than such parent and insured individual.
