National Influenza Program - Amends the Public Health Service Act to direct the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to establish, conduct, and support needed activities to carry out a national influenza immunization program.
Requires the Secretary to make quarterly reports to Congress on the administration of such activities. Authorizes the appropriation of $136,000,000 to carry out the purposes of this Act.
