A bill to direct the Administrator of General Services to convey certain land and all improvements thereon to the city of Albany, Ga., for no more than 25 percent of the fair market value of such land.

Directs the Administrator of General Services to convey, at a cost not higher than 25 percent of fair market value, to the city of Albany, Georgia, specified real property, within 60 days after the enactment of this Act.
