A bill to maintain and develop the Guam shipyard facility.
Guam Shipyard Repair Facility Act - Requires the Guam shipyard facility to function at the maximum productive capacity at which it has operated in the past.
Directs the Secretary of the Navy to study the necessity of maintaining shipyard repair facilities in the western Pacific not dependent on foreign treaties or foreign workers, and to report to the Armed Services Committees of the House and Senate within six months of the date of enactment of this Act.
