Provides for a study and investigation by the Secretary of Commerce of the adoption by the United States of a reformed calendar, and requires the Secretary to report to the Congress on such study and investigation on or before June 30, 1976.
Authorizes to be appropriated $100,000 to carry out the purposes of this Act.
