Provides that an individual's entitlement to benefits under title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act shall continue through the month of his or her death (or of the insured individual's death in the case of a dependent), instead of terminating with the preceding month, unless the resulting delay in survivor eligibility would reduce total family benefits.
