A bill to amend chapter 5 of title 5, United States Code, to require that administrative hearings be held within the municipality, county, or State concerned.

Directs that venue for Federal administrative hearings concerning a single local governmental unit, geographic area, or State shall be such unit, area, or State. (Adds 5 U.S.C. 504)
