A bill to establish mandatory penalties for use of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Amends the Gun Control Act of 1968 to require that whoever uses or carries a firearm during the commission of a felony for which he may be prosecuted in a Federal court be sentenced to a term of imprisonment for not less than one year nor more than ten in addition to the punishment provided for the commission of such felony. Requires that in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, the felon be sentenced to a term of imprisonment for not less than two nor more than 25 years. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 924(c))
