A bill to amend section 1362 of title 18, United States Code, relating to the injury or destruction of communication lines, stations, or systems.

Extends to persons who damage any United States licensed commercial or public radio or television broadcasting station the criminal penalties now applied to persons who damage communications systems controlled by the United States or used for military or civil defense functions.
