A bill to require prior congressional approval of any arms sale to Egypt.

Requires express Congressional approval prior to any: (1) sale of defense articles or services to Egypt under the Foreign Military Sales Act; (2) extension of any credit or guarantee to Egypt under such Act; and (3) issuance of an export license for arms, ammunition, or implements of war to Egypt under the Mutual Security Act of 1954.
