A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code in order to provide outpatient dental services and treatment to any veteran who has a service-connected disability rated at 60 percent or more.

Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to provide outpatient dental services and treatment to any veteran having a service connected disability rated 60 percent or more. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 612(b))
