A bill to amend title XX of the Social Security Act to provide for increases in the aggregate amount available for social services payments to States thereunder so as to reflect rises in the cost of living.

Requires increases in the amount of the fund from which payments are made to the States under title XX (Grants to States for Services) of the Social Security Act whenever benefit amounts under title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of such Act are increased.
