A bill to amend titles II and XVIII of the Social Security Act to remove the earnings limitation, to permit benefit payments to a widower, parent, or child despite his or her marriage if such marriage is annulled, to allow an individual to have military service excluded in the computation of his benefits in order to use such service for a civil service retirement annuity, to provide coverage for certain teachers, to provide for payment of prorated benefits for the month in which a beneficiary (or the insured individual) dies, to permit State supplementary medical insurance coverage for certain services furnished an individual at his home by a medical technician or registered nurse.
Social Security Act Amendments - Removes the earnings limitation on eligibility for benefits under the Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance program of the Social Security Act.
