A bill to provide that assistance payments made under certain housing laws shall not be taken into consideration in determining the eligibility of persons for supplemental security income benefits.

Prohibits the consideration of assistance payments under specified housing laws as income or a resource for the purpose of determining the eligibility of a person for supplemental security income benefits under the Social Security Act.
