A bill to provide that a summons to serve as a juror of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia which is issued to a congressional employee shall no longer have any force or effect if the individual with authority to appoint such congressional employee files a notice of disapproval.

Exempts Congressional employees from jury service in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia upon the filing with such court of a notice of disapproval by the individual with the authority to appoint such employees.

Permits Congressional employees to receive compensation for service as jurors in a court of the District of Columbia.

Reduces the salaries of such employees during such service by the amount of any such compensation.
