A bill to suspend U.S. participation in the activities of the United Nations General Assembly until the Congress approves renewal of such participation and to cut off all U.S. payments in support of the General Assembly.

Suspends United States participation in the activities of the United Nations General Assembly pending Congressional approval of renewal of such participation.

Directs the President to reduce the payments made by the United States to the United Nations by the amount he determines would be used to support activities of the General Assembly.
