A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to improve the administration of the provisions thereof relating to compensation for Government employee work injuries through the establishment of a medical review board to review occupational disease claims.

Requires that occupational disease claims by Federal employees be reviewed by an impartial medical review board. Authorizes the Secretary of Labor to appoint such a board.

Specifies guidelines and procedures to be followed by the board in the determination and settlement of cases. Sets forth standards to be applied in determining whether a disease or illness is work related.

Permits judicial review of board decisions by district courts of the United States.
