A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the posting of campaign signs on private property without the express approval of the owner or tenant.

Prohibits the posting of campaign signs on private property without the express approval of the owner or tenant. Subjects violators to a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for not more than one year, or both. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 618)
