Establishes a Joint Congressional Committee on Forest Management Policy composed of six members of each House to study the appropriateness of existing forest management policy.
Requires the Committee to submit to Congress an interim report no later than one year after enactment of this Act and a final report no later than two years after the enactment of this Act, each containing the Committee's findings and recommendations.
Terminates the Committee 60 days after it submits its final report.
States that the expenses of the Committee, which shall not exceed $100,000, shall be paid from the contingent fund of the House of Representatives.
