Grants the consent of Congress to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission for the construction of a water diversion structure on the Potomac River in Maryland.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Corps of Engineers, to enter into an agreement with other governmental authorities as to the allocation and withdrawal of water from the Potomac. Requires the signing of such agreement as a condition of Federal support for the project.
