A bill to amend the Uniform Time Act of 1966 to change the period of observance of daylight saving time.
Daylight Saving Time Act - Provides, under the Uniform Time Act of 1966, that daylight savings time shall be observed each year from the last Sunday of March until the last Sunday of October.
Allows any State by law to exempt such State or a part of such State from the provisions of this Act.
