Establishes a task force for the purpose of initiating procedures to be used by the Federal Housing Administration and the Farmers Home Administration in appraising and inspecting homes.
Directs the task force to submit a report to Congress within 240 days with respect to the feasibility of having both administrations utilize the same procedures.
