A bill to provide that Federal employees may be allowed to take accrued annual leave or leave without pay for a period following the adoption of a minor child.

Requires that a request by a Federal employee to take accrued annual leave or leave without pay for adjustment purposes immediately following the adoption by such employee of a minor child be considered as justified as would be a request for leave for such purpose immediately following the birth of a child of such employee.
